No entry to Valley of Waves

Good day, my husband works at Super sport, every year in December when they do the million dollar golf tournament they are issued with 6 complimentary entrance to the Valley of Waves. My husband is there for 12 day, me and the kids will go through to Sun city on the last weekend before they finishes. Financially we can not afford this normally so this is a once in a year treat for us. They are 2 collages staying in one charley, we are not aloud to stay with them, as per super sport policy. Both the collages were issued 6 complimentary entrance tickets to the Valley of Waves (every year) this year there was a problem, as we used the 6 tickets, we were not allowed to use the other six ( apparently its just 6 tickets per charley) since when I do not know. So half of the family could not enter. I spoke to the tellers that called the Manager (they were all polite and helpful) on the end they contact the reception that told me that it was a system error. I told her to rectify the error as this is not our fault. I only got SORRY form her. This is not on, Very bad client service
