No Customer Etiquette
Myself and my husband were to stay at the Soho Hotel ,I left early as he was still to come through much later ,I always leave early so I can gamble a bit .They always checked us in with no issue but Shirley from Hotel reception was really rude to me .She has no way of speaking and she could have called handled it diffrently.We spend alot of money gambling its definately a place we would not go back to.
