No assistance even after we complain

We booked more than 3 weeks in advance with Valley of the waves for the 01 November 2018, for a group outting, yet we were only informed on that day of our visit that they have a private event and the venue willbe closed earlier that day, we did not enjoy ourselves as we were disturbed by the weather & them closing at 4pm, if this was communicated on time like Gold Reef City when they have private events. We would have made other arrangements. No apology even after we raised our concerns.
