NEW MVG PROGRAMME IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!! SHAME ON YOU SUN INTERNATIONAL!!

<p>Sent email to MVG email address, no response. Why on earth do you change a programme for the worse, the guests definitely don't benefit anymore, it sucks! By splitting points for casino and leisure is totally pathetic how on earth are you meant to rack up literally thousands and thousands of points for a stay at Sun City!!! I have really enjoyed my frequent stays at Sun City (which I have actually paid for) but it was my reward and a fantastic benefit to say the least. Now those days are but a memory (will be having my last stay there 25-28 Nov because I booked in Sept when it was still the old system). I am not at all impressed and totally disgruntled that now you only get a discounted amount, depending on card status, and you can pay the balance with points (which there is no ways I will ever ever have enough for a 3 night stay as in the past). 120 points per night at the Sun City Main Hotel was such a great benefit and reward and it was totally within reach. This new system is programmed only for the "high rollers" so the guests that put "the jam on the bread" so to speak, are out of the equation, very sad. I will not go out of my way to play at a Sun International resort will rather go elsewhere where I am recognised and given good benefits. I do, however want to say thank you for the awesome benefits we had on the old programme!! You will definitely be losing loads of guests, most people I have spoken to are not happy.</p>
