NEED MY MONEY

Good morning, took out a Sun Vacation Club, and make monthly EFT installments, i pay before the 1st due date. The money was in their account on the 29th Oct, and on the 2nd Nov they debited my account with R1475 now they won't give back my money. These are my communication with them "Good morning Kaitlyn /Glen, Trust that you are all good. Please the below amount went off my account, can I please have it reversed today, as I have other debit orders going off tomorrow. I think you can use calculations. Today is the 6th of November so if you received funds on the 29th October (which is an early payment from me, that was supposed to be paid on the 1st of November) as I always pay early????? That is before due date?? And I pay more than I’m suppose to. Can you please study the statement AGAIN. When you done please transfer my money into my account today I NEED IT TODAY PLEASE!!!!!
