My dream wedding was a disaster, thanks to Meropa.

<p>I made a booking for my wedding at Meropa Casino Sun International for the 17th December 2016. I choose the last expensive diamond package that included the decor, cake, the dripping , the jembe garden and so many other things. I was promised a top billing wedding but everything was a disaster, my wedding planner went missing a day before my wedding, i found out that my garden was booked by other wedding. On my wedding i was called by the decor lady to inform me that my cake has fallen. i did not have a wedding cake, they was no dripping on the conferance wall and stage. It was extremely hot on the day and we got married in the grass the to the entrace without gazibo and white capets as per the quote i was given. I had paid extra money for the pictures but i ended up not taking them because all the gardens were occupied by other weddings. My flowers were not fresh even the bouget was 7 *****ed roses and my brother was the one going up and down to fix the mess. I am truly disapointed and embarased by Meropa Casino. i didn't expect such service from this big organisation. i want my money back and compensation for the stress they caused me and my husband on our wedding day. </p>
