Mvg's are NOT SPECIAL

Im a platinum MVG card holder, Im supposed to get 75% off hotel stays as part of my 'benefit'. Apparently the 75% is only applicable off the rack rate (which is an over inflated, deliberately exaggerated rate to make promo deals look awesome). The problem now becomes twofold: their rack rate isnt stated ANYWHERE, not even their own central reservations callcentre staff know and how am I supposed to feel 'special' as a supposed MVG when Im clearly being **********, along with thousands of other MVG's who've been supporting sun international, thinking we're being rewarded in return?? After YEARS of loyalty, it was the first time I wanted to make use of that 'perk' but it's just left a bad taste in my mouth. Im terribly saddened and disappointed. Someone please state the RACK RATE CLEARLY

And I do understand the plight of the hospitality & tourism industry, but we have ALL been affected by the pandemic. My family & I intended on supporting the industry by booking with you, willing to pay, plus pay for meals, tipping staff, entertainment, etc. But deliberately inflating prices with no explanation, and claiming that MVG's are 'valued' is not on.
