MVG tier credits not allocated

In May 2017 we visited Sun City and played slots with our new MVG cards. In July when I logged on to my online profile I saw that I never got all my tier credits. I've logged a call with Sun International MVG and still no answer on my call. I follow up every month and still waiting a reply from them.
