MVG Points allocation incorrect
<p>I recently stayed at the Palace Sun City</p> <p>Reservation Number: ********** and ********** </p> <p>Invoice number: 428936</p> <p>PMS Res No: ********** </p> <p>MVG Number: ********** 509</p> <p> </p> <p>My total spend for my reservations was R10770.00.</p> <p>According to the sun international website you get 5 points for every R100 spend.</p> <p>It means that I must get 538 tier credits.</p> <p>I was awarded 51 tier credits.</p> <p>After several calls and explanations my problem is still not resolved...</p> <p> </p> <p>Please rectify this error</p>
