MVG joke program

After many years for our family being MVG platinum members this is just another down hills scale in the past few years. Sun International has become greedy and do not reward their Most Valued Guest in the least anymore. I have looked at the complaints here on Hello Peter and its obvious from their lack of response to their MVG guest that their focus is clearly somewhere else. Just last night I had to pay R380 per person for a lousy buffet supper at the Soho hotel. The food was a disgrace! The once happy employees are rude and unhappy. The hotel standards in all of the hotels are going down constantly! Sun city you have become a waist of money. Imagine all your MVGs pack up and leave for a competitor. I truly think it's time to move on for my family and all other MVGs. We have given you years and thousands of our money in return we get your backs. I am shocked not only by the way you treat your MVGs but what you have done to your once happy employees and your property that's not even close what it use to be. Keep it up Sun International you are blending into the decay of our once wonderful South Africa.
