MVG billing discrepancy

Paid about R5700 for 3 nights stayover at Wild Coast Sun from 03-06 October 2015. Was advised this was a discounted amount for MVG card holders. Upon checking in at hotel i was informed that.if we booked directly with the resort we would have paid R1062 per night (just over R3000 for 3 nights). Obviously it was pointless to book with MVG as it costed almost double the rate. Spoke to two consultants (Neo Ramaphoko and Dunyiswa) and was told the supervisor would contact me in this regard. I'm still waiting for the call to resolve this issue. Absolute pathetic service. The discrepency in the prices are ridiculous and of no benefit to MVG card holders. If i booked directly at hotel i would have paid less. i want this resolved
