Most morbid place in KZN

Decided to take the kids to Sibaya entertainment kingdom near Balito. The staff are absolutely miserable. The faces of these people was like a death rolled through this place. Since we from out of town and don't know the place we had to kill time before magic company opened. While walking around a security guard chewing bubblegum like a wild elephant chewing grass jumps out to harass my two kids shouting no children past this point. So no signage says we entering a gambling area, we simply just wanted to follow the path leading around the casino. Again we pass the sweets from heaven and again two security guards jump out like we entering a restricted zone where there is a war on waving their arms like they have inflated egos because they are security. Again no signage. Ask the lady behind the information counter to be greeted by a huff and a very bad look as if we disturbing her texting session. All she is interested in is her phone. I have been to many other of your resorts but this one for me has put me off this venue. I just said to my wife we should stay here for a few nights but your staff have persuaded me rather to spend my money else where. The friendliest people in Sibaya can be found at the door where they check you on entering. Other then that be prepared to be insulted and harassed by the other staff. This is what happens when the casino is empty just imagine how much you will be in for during peak times if the day. Disgusting
