Money ****** out of wallet at the Palace of the Lost City,Sun City

During the month of October,I stayed at the Palace at Sun City.I stayed for 3 nights.Upon arrival at home, I remembered that I actually forgot my wallet in the hotel safe.I contacted the hotel and they informed me that they would immediately send the hotel security staff to the room to see if they can find the wallet.They located the wallet, but all the money I had in the purse was taken out, except a phone and a gold plated dollar bill was left in it.They handed the case over to the security team of the hotel.Here is where the problem lies.There were 2 people assigned to handle the case.First it was Dinah and after 3 weeks she tells me ,that she is no longer investigating the case, but Johan will be handling my case now..After so many empty promises from Johan he sends me a WhatsApp message to say he is no longer on the case.I get back to Dinah and she gives me another long story and last week she says she is also no longer working on this case and that Joseph will be working on the case.I am still waiting on Joseph up until this day to contact me.Dinah has send me a detailed report of the perpetrators statement where he confesses to *****ing my money.She tells me that Sun City is waiting on the cleaning company to take steps.I have no dealings with the cleaning company, and wishes to to deal directly with people that knows how to solve this matter and return my belongings to me. This has truly been a nightmare and I wish this can just be over.

I am currently seeking legal advise.
