Missing goods

We spent our very first time over at Sun City and it was great ?????????..... until we moved to another unit and forgot some stuff at the previous unit. We then decided to go to the front desk for assistance. The lady there phoned the security to check whether the cleaning staff found anything,but all we got from her was " sorry they didn't see anything" we didn't make much of it coz it was not expensive stuff. Nevertheless we continued our stay and a few days later we went out for breakfast on our return the unit was clean and we realized that my son's tablet is missing. We immediately started looking everywhere in the unit but couldn't find it. We then went to the front desk again hoping that they can assist us promptly. But what! There was more confusion then anything else. They made it seem as if we were telling a lie. Anyway we returned home after giving a statement and was promised that they will investigate the matter and send me an email that same day, but what! I am still waiting for the email. Not impressed with the fact that staff members can just enter your unit and take stuff that doesn't belong to them....very *********. And as for assistance from vacation club front desk.......I have no words. So disappointed ?????!!! Please be so careful when going on holiday.... some people can just not be trusted.
