Meropa Casino.

On the 15th of December 2019 at Meropa Casino in Polokwane I was assaulted by 3 Male and 1 female security guard. The incident happened because I put money into their vending machines and nothing came out. I asked the bar gender multiple times to assist and I even went to the Bar Manager but I was not assisted. I was given a run around by the bar manager and he told me to ask the bar tender (His name is Remember) and he also did not help me. They called security on me and had me thrown out of the premises, I was strangled and could not breathe, I was pushed, shoved and thrown out of the premises. I have multiple bruises to this affect. That very same night, I called the the Casino and requested the security personnel details so that I can lay a charge of assault, I spoke to the security supervisor and he told me to return the next day so that he can get the full story and be able to help me.

I returned to the Casino on the 16 December 2019 and I spoke to the Security supervisor Maake, I told him my story and requested the details of the security personnel. He gave me the run around and told me that he would call me when he has found out who it was and I told him I would wait. I waited there for over an hour and I was unassisted. I know for a fact that security personnel are required to sign in when they start their duty and that Casino has may cameras and this information would not even take half that time to get. While waiting for me, I asked the bar supervisor to please assist me in getting my money our the vending machine, he didn't help me. I have not only lost my hard earned money here, I have been assaulted and treated terribly. I would not recommend this place to anyone, the staff is unhelpful and very insensitive to other people. No one cared about me or what happened to me, I could have been ****ed by those security guards and these people would not even bat their eyes.
