To whom this may concern<br> <br> This is not a complaint, but more of a disappointment.<br> <br> Suncity is an amazing get away. We get the opportunity to relax, be adventurous and just have a space away from home. The service is top of its class and employees have been very pleasant people to be around.<br> <br> My one disappointing factor is that my Boyfriend is a gold member (I have been added as his partner) and friends and family that we frequently see, get these free weekends with added pampering and vouchers, but they are merely entry level members up until silver. I am not stating that we are better than other members, not at all. Would just like to know how other members get all these free weekends and vouchers, but we have not even received one?<br> <br> Sorry for the inconvenience, but would not like to post my membership number for others to see.
