I Checked into the sun city vacation club on the 6th of jan 2017, checked out on the 9th of jan 2017.

The first thing i always do when checking into the vacation club, is going through the inventory list, which was missing quite a few items.

secondly we had to call maintenance to put back a bathroom door knob, globe in the fridge, not to mention the patio roof leaking so much of water.

the worst part was waking up on sunday morning, only to find that my wallet, i-pad and laptop was ****** from the room. the last i had used my wallet was at approx 2:17am according to the sun city vacation club security manager, as that was when i would take my room card out to open my door. (my brother is witness to this), i then woke up around 9:30am to have a quick bite, and went back to sleep waking up around 12pm. the front door was locked as well as the sliding door.

Another very frustrating part was speaking to Fredrick Masike the security manager, when i asked him if there were any other issues that people had at the vacation club, he said NO, i asked him if he had read the newspaper article stating that people staying in the vacation club HAVE had issues, he then said to me, that was cash of R10000.00 and not laptops or i-pads, upon going onto the facebook page of vacation club it looks like im not the only one who had ipads, wallets, laptops ******.

i will never be returning to any of the sun international locations, i will never suggest anybody i know to do so as well. it was a terrible experience. i strongly suggest that sun international do something about their security, for one, atleast put cameras at the vacation club with someone to monitor them!
