Maintenance isn't up to standard

Vacation club maintenance isn't up to standard after I started with lunch I noticed our oven isn't working maintenance was here yesterday afternoon then told me after they couldn't find the problem they will replace the oven then after a couple of hours came back with I think was an electrician he was at our unit until 22:00 with no joy and told us he will return in the morning off cause that didn't happen and I had to phone again maintenance returned with still no joy then told me they will return today with the damaged parts it's two days now and all my food that's been defrosted is certainly going to go off and the inconvenience of planning meals and maintenance in and out and in our unit in till 22:00 in the evening
