Maharani disturbing parties and waste of bookings ⁷

I am so disgusted with the service received from Souther sun Maharani....we had checked in this afternoon and nobody had informed us about a party been taking place at the hotel. We staying on the 20th floor and my child has been crying non stop every 15mins due to the noise and when I do jnform the manager he said he was not aware of the party. Is this really what you call high quality service and satisfaction. Half the night has been gone with this disturbances!! I should have rather booked a guest room and had a peaceful night Than booking at Maharani and wasting my money thinking I would get a peaceful night sleep.clearly not up to standard. Southern sun give me a call asap on *** as I'm very disappointed with my booking.
