Lions Season Ticket Benefits Misleading

I have been a Lions season ticket holder for 2015 and 2016. No one from our group of 9 have ever been able to use Sun International Benefits that come with the ticket. It frustrating enough that you can only use the hotel benefits on weekdays and even then when you try and book it is always full. Last year we tried several time to book at Sibaya Durban but were always turned down.<br> This year you offer buy one get one free at Sun City Cabanas. Sun City day pass. And Valley of the Waves entrance. We are going to Sun City this weekend and tried to claim the day pass and valley of the waves. However, again we were denied. I was told that this is a package deal and only comes with the accommodation.<br> <br> 1) Nowhere does it state that it is a package deal. 2) They are listed as separate items on the Lions website and on an email to me from Sun International. 3) If one stays at the Cabanas you are entitled to Sun City and Valley of the Waves anyway, as a hotel guest, so how is this a package benefit?<br> <br> These benefits you offer are misleading at best and outright lies at worst.<br> <br> I expect to receive the benefits as advertised by the end of the week.<br>
