Legends Sun City assumes customers are complete fools

Ordered a R265 "ribeye steak" , what arrived was a cross between a Jnr tbone and a small prime rib (ribeye is a BONELESS high end cut). Spoke to the waitress, the chef and the duty manager, I even showed them a photo of a Ribeye steak. In the end I said I would eat it anyway, obviously expecting them to charge me for what they served, no chance! the bill arrived with the R265 ribeye. At that point I was upset and tired of dealing with such an obvious *****, I paid the bill in full and tipped the waitress(obviously not her fault). I then tried to contact a snr manager, after speaking to the Hotel reception and being promised feedback, no one responded, They have no external contact numbers or email , everthing goes thru Sun City. I work with meat for a living and find this sort of thing extremely dishonest.
