Lack of security at GRAND WEST casino!

My second concern in the past two months! Where is security on the main casino floor?? On Friday, 10 June after 23:00 a woman (intoxicated) was getting very abusive with an elderly gentleman sitting near Vida. I was looking for security to assist, but could not find any! My previous concern was lodged when a person removed another’s card out of the machine and a verbal, near physical altercation took place. When I eventually received a call from security I suggested increasing security on the floor. This suggestion clearly fell on deaf ears!
