Lack of response to emails

It is almost impossible to an email response from Sun international regarding bookings. I have tried to make a booking online and the system continuously says, the selected dates are unavailable. I have emailed several different email adresses I found on the website but to no avail. Does nobody answer emails at Sun International??? What poor service.
