lack of incentives for platinum players

My wife and I are platinum players . The majority of points are built at Sibaya. However, we are not given complimentary stays, invitations to dinners and functions. further, when a cold drink is ordered , the waiter/waitress insist that it has to be opened. What nonsense is this. Soon they will be telling us where to play. The player has the right to determine when he/she will open the cold drink , as their play entitles them to this. I also cannot remember when last we walked out with the money we had taken. Its only losses losses and more losses.<br> <br> S. and GD Bhairoparsad
