LACK OF HOSPITALITY

I had an extremely unpleasant at Sibaya Casino tonight. I had, as a joke, taken with me a bottle of sanitizer. I say as "taken" but I tipped the bar R100 and a security guard R100 before taking it. Actually spent more than R400 on tips alone. In the calender month of May I had spent more than R20k at Sibaya casino.

I was confronted by fidelity security who marched me away from my car and into a room. They demanded that I return the sanitizer bottle and refused me re-entry to the gaming floor.

It was humiliating and uncalled for. I will write to the CEO directly if I do not receive an apology. I chose Sibaya over Suncoast because of their hospitality but if they want to fight for a bottle of sanitizer taken as a joke then I would rather take my business elsewhere.
