In December 2023 we stayed in the palace of the lost city. The staff went through my luggage and stole my daughter expensive AirPods. We lifted it at the porters desk but the manager refused to believe next I shows them that the AirPods had moved to the staff village. I have screenshots of all the places. They said we will revert to you. It’s over a month and now they say they do not accept responsibility for the theft yet I showed them where the AirPods were. It was eventually sold to a cellphone shop in the rustenburg mall. They still refuse to pay for it. This is appalling. Don’t ever book with them for anything. They supposed to be a five star hotel. Pathetic ****s.
