Irritable staff forget about customer service
I called the reservation number for the second time at 9h21 this morning (my first call was disconnected after I held on for quite awhile). I was greeted by an agent who did not sound very friendly so I told him that he sounded irritable very politely (please refer to the recirded conversation). After obtaining my ID number and request he cut the call on me. How professional!
