Intrusiveness, filthy, felt unsafe at Soho hotel

Terrible service, unhygienic and truly horrible holiday ever experience. Upon our recent family visit over a weekend I was devastated by the level of service and intrusion by sun international hotel staff. I noticed how smoked up the rooms were, the staff were absolutely rude, they would enter the room without asking permission after just 1 knock on the door. Nobody would even have the time to get up to walk to the door because they already half way into the room. I wonder if there is even security at the hotel because the drunk day guests seem to have liberty to stroll the corridors and knock on your room door and run away. The condition of the rooms were shocking, filthy crumbs inside the grooves of the couch, the towels, toilet rolls, etc not ever enough. The place was not cleaned in time, had to keep calling for assistance and even that never works. The television never worked, it kept on freezing. I would never stay at this hotel again. It was absolutely unbearable and a waste of money.
