Several Hours later after being in the room after constant having to nag, coax and coajal have they not been able to repair the plugs to charge my phone to be able to atleast communicate. The telly coffee machine, kettle was not working. Have paid for a double bed yet was given a twin bed. Thank you for the continued inconvenience have never anticipated such pathetic services ever before like this in Sun City, Lost City , "The Palace". Its evident the services have deteriorated. Have brought an honoured guest along and was unable to impress despite an allusion of the outer fassad where hulle se in afrikaans blink aan bo. We pay the price yet the services and standards are not 5 star defects and foors in management appliances and ensuring guest reveive working rooms.
