Impeccable service

I am writing this email on behalf of my parents, Rabindranath Maharaj and Kameni Devi Maharaj. They are both silver card holders at Sibaya casino and where given a free 2 night stay at Wild Coast Sun.

They returned today from their 2 night stay at Wild Coast Sun and were both completely blown away by the amazing service and experience. They had expected a very basic 2 days, considering that it was a freebie. However they were pleasantly surprised by the amazing room, the friendly staff, the impeccable surrounding gardens, the tasty breakfast, as well as the great vouchers they received.

I would just like to express my gratitude to the staff of Wild Coast Sun, on behalf of my parents. From the reception staff, cleaning staff, waiters, gardening people....to the amazing staff at the Spur and Chicos....You guys are all doing an amazing job!!!!! Having stayed at many hotels both in South Africa and abroad....you guys have made our stay with you...one of the best we have had.

Once again....a big thank you for your hospitality and for the invitation to spend the past 2 days at Wild Coast Sun.
