ice rink

So its mow been 6 months since I wrote a report about my niece getting badly injured at the ice rink in December of last year. I got a response 3 months later in March saying that the matter is bring investigated and I will be contacted shortly. It's now been a further 3 months and still no one has contacted me. Disgusting service.
