I have no words.............. The Maslow Hotel

After over 15 days the Hotel can not yet tell me when they will refund me for a mistake they made making me pay nine thousands over the eighteen thousand they had charged for the booking. I contacted them and showed them how they charged me on 5 separate transactions on my card and they have acknowledged the mistake but I am yet to be told as to when can have my money back. The incident toke place on the 24th of May 2024 and today it is the 13th of June 2024 . The Maslow Hotel by Sun international
