I have a membership with their Sun Vacation club, I hold two membership accounts with them

I have a membership with their Sun Vacation club, I hold two membership accounts with them. I keep paying my levies and they keep allocating to one account, when I have told them that there are two accounts. They are bombarding me with emails stating that I am in error when I am not. They are all *********** and it is just frustrating dealing with them it seems like they do not know what they are doing. I need both my account updated and sorted but they keep sending me from pillar to post without a resolution. Sun International do better please.
