I don't understand how you can sleep at night

<p>I was told that I would get points for swiping my card at Quarterdeck, now I checked my MVG card and it shows NOTHING /!?!? YES, I said my points could be used towards paying the bill, though don't I get points for the rest?? Goodness, the bill was for over R 2000??? now I'm short of 20 pts??? Is this because I said they could use all my leisure points?? Also I don't understand how I could have 193 leisure points when I checked on the website, but when they swiped, it was less than that?? Where'd the other points disappear to??</p> <p> </p> <p>You people seriously need to make it way clearer how this points thing works because the way it was explained to me and how things are showing is confusing and annoying... I wish I had taken screenshots of what I saw last week, compared to what I see this week...</p> <p> </p> <p>Last week I was 300- odd points away from the next level, now I need over 650 tier credits to reach the next level and I was told by one of your managers that the best way to accumulate points is by swiping my card when making use of your restuarants... now it seems I've lost out all round.... not happy at all</p> <p> </p>
