Hortible experience at Sun City

We visited the vacation club recently and what a horrible experience it was, we felt like imposters rather than valued guests and being discrimminated against.

When we booked in we waited for over an hour as the booking lady was not trained she booked us in under incorrect surname Pillay. We received incorrect information and had to request her to twice fix the booking, she assured us it will nnot be a problem We had reported maintenance isues since our arrival over 7 times, we were booked for a full week however on the Monday were requested to leave the unit as we were not booked according to their system. When my son went to seim at valley of waves the security refused him access due to the surname being Pillay and he is a caucation boy pure ******. When reporting this manager visited us and promised the Gm Rudi van Dyk to vidit us the next day, however ee are still waiting for this important chap as according to Maye he is too busy gor us plebs. An utter horrible experience no feedback or phone call regarding our complaints. Shocking
