Horrified with sun international

My family and I arrived at suncity on friday the 09 December 2019 and we've been calling room service from friday to repair the broken toilet and they haven't. Everytime maintenance comes to check up they keep giving us excuses as to why they cant fix the toilet. This is disgusting and ridiculous seeing that we on vacation and room 125 in self catering is broken.
