Horrific Timeshare Experience

I had called in to the Sun International reservation / booking line to make a reservation for December 2022 at the Sun City Vacation Club. After holding on the line for 2 hours I spoke to a gentleman called Okwi who confirmed my reservation on the recorded telephone conversation.

To date I have not received my reservation confirmation letter despite speaking to Brian and Mbali from the booking call centre who all confirmed that I had indeed made my booking and that the call centre had completely dropped the ball.

Further I was promised feedback from supervisors and/or managers however as expected no one has called me to resolve my issue and/or offer an apology for the most horrific customer experience.

As a Vacation Club timeshare member I will definitely not be reinvesting in this holiday product.
