Horrible service

The services I've received by Sun Bet on Saturday 23 July is atrocious. In the morning at 10:25 I placed bets with Sun Bet which ran throughout the day. At around 1pm, I tried to log on to check the progress of my bets but couldn't. I tried to contact the support team to no avail both on social media and via email. There has been no communication from their side to tell us why we can't log on and the status of whatever issue they are faced with.

At the moment, I've tried countless times and even tried to reset my password with no success. This is not the first time this has happened and I believe its totally unfair on the consumer. This is poor service rendered and out of line.
