Horrible service

I am a platinum card holder at sun City I have not received my stay and play sms as yet I phoned in yesterday to book they told me my stay and play is available but I can only book today on the 16th July I phoned in this morning and they tell me it's fully booked how can this be they told me to phone in today which I did there service is pathetic
