Horrible service

we recently went to Sun city to Valley of the waves for the day , we have been doing this for many years and love the experience .<br> Upon entering we were not told about the maintenance that is going on . As soon as we got in we directed by very rude security guards to where to park .<br> We drove for almost a half an hour stopping and asking various staff where do day visitors park and were told go to the circle ... like that helps at all .<br> We then eventually find our way and was we get into the valley of the waves where our bags were not even checked for weapons or anything .<br> people were slipping in without paying and i feel this is very unfair as we paid a hell of lot of money to get in.<br> All the tubes were deflated and when we asked why they are so deflated we got told by the life guard it is what it is that is how it goes.Lifeguards were so rude . the ****** trail was just ****s and trash not a rain forest like it was . as for the food court well the staff there are so rude and basically throw the food at you!what is going on there this was such a beautiful place now i would not recommend it to anyone I am so so disappointed and ashamed as it is a tourist destination! Disgusting !
