Horrible experience at Sun City

On our way home from the Cascades, Sun City. What a poor excuse for hospitality! Sun a international should be ashamed of themselves! Queuing for hours to checkin, hours ****erally - no exaggeration) to eat breakfast, no one managing the queues, no service on the terrace because it looked like it may rain, people double booked in the same rooms, no staff available, rooms not ready by 5pm on day of check in. No loungers at the pool, the list goes on an on. Bottom line, spend your money and your time elsewhere!
