Horrible customer Service

<p>To whom it may concern.</p> <p>I want a refund because we did not stay at this Accomodation. It was cancelled.</p> <p>We arrived on the 12th of Sep on my birthday from Pretoria around 0930 n Thabiso was on duty told me that we were too early to check in n check in was only at 3pm however someone had checked out n that the room would be cleaned n made available. Mind you I was travelling with my 2year old daughter n mother. We then left our bags n went to go have breakfast in hope that when we come back our room would be available.</p> <p>Sadly 2 hours later we where still seating in reception with no room n only explanation was that the Palace is Huge n our room was still not ready. This treatment was uncalled for regardless of whether we early or not. I then called Garden Court n they were happy to accommodate us immediately. I then asked a no longer friendly Thabiso to cancel our reservation n we left.</p> <p>I'm surprised to be receiving an e-mail stating that I stayed at the Palace. When no one ever bothered to call me to find out about my LACK of checking in. I want a refund if payment has been deducted cause I'm currently out the country n will be back on Sunday to cross check my acc.</p> <p>Response from you is imminent please.
