HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED AND ANGRY

Excited to book my tickets for the bollywood concert (Sonu Nigam)in Nov28-2015-at Sun city Superbowl-my first task was to book accomadation as a MVG member, however was told 3 weeks ago that there is no accomodation available, today by chance i called and miraculously they have rooms reserved for people going to the concert at a ridiculous rate even for Cabanas(R2880 per room per night)..and now the affordable tickets for the show has been sold out for a family of 4-had the call centre agent said then -that he has rooms reserved for the show goers especially, my tickets and accomadation would be booked already 3 weeks ago, at a reasonable rate-but he just said sorry no accomadation what so ever,and now I have to bear the brunt of higher costs, for a family of 4, and not to mention missing the concert I was so looking forward to, because somebody failed to market their products properly. And also highly irratatted that the MVG-Gold status doesnt count for anything to help the situation, we should be call MIG status for \most ignored"-I just havent been happy with Sun City over the last couple of visits"
