Hazel MKHUNGO - Manager @A2A

Date and time of incident: 30/08/2017 @ 6:30 pm Was totally disgusted at the service we received yesterday from A2A in Isibaya! It was my mother's 60th birthday and we were also celebrating start to her retirement as it was her last day of work. We arrived around 6pm and was told no tables were available. HAZEL MKHUNGO the manager I assume with such attitude pointed to were we must wait. Fine. We wait. I ask if we can't wait at the bar and get called soon as space opens up, Sivern (I think it was) also manager explains that one person must still wait in queue as it's first come first serve policy, I ask him what would be the problem to call us from the bar as we will actually be spending money while we wait. At that point it feels like I'm in a government clinic the way the "management" is addressing us. HAZEL MKHUNGO then from a distance shouts "nibangaki" (how many of you). I was not about to shout back like I'm in a taxi rank so I look at her. She then signals with her hand for us to come in. For my mother's sake I go, I was trying my best to calm myself and avaid any drama. This woman was actually calling us to a table of 4. We were 7. At that point I flipped. When I politely told her that she needs not shout at paying customers from across, she flips .... she shouts back and says 'ayi ayi ayi abantu'. Had I not already bought my vouchers I would have left from the time we were told to wait. Never again. Even yesterday was because last we went many many years ago, my mom liked it.
