This place i have been coming to for a long time since it opened its doors. But that is not my gripe,here only a selected few are winning at draws and on the machines. People are becoming wiser for these draws and only come for the draws and not spending any money on the machines. I don't even waste my time with these draws. You come here to relax and loose your money only to pay for people who play high stakes,and when you get spins its just a waste of time. Maybe that is why this place is so emty lately. The thing is i haven't won something medium or big for a while,and why do i have to speak to a manager about my issues,you Grand west management know exactly who i am and what each and every person's profile is. So all the people and friends i bring and have ,will have to go a whole lot less
