Great Service from Call Centre

I called the Call Center to make a reservation at Sun City. A lady by the name of Lerato Bale assisted me. Her service was fantastic. There was no accommodation at my preferred hotel but she offered me another hotel at a fantastic rate. She really went the extra mile to assist me. She was patient and took down all my details correctly.
