Great experience

I was at the wild coast sun hotel this week and had a very happy experience. The staff was polite and the rooms were tip top clean and many thanks to the cleaners that make the guests stay a comfortable one. These people that work really hard do not get any recognition. So i would like to thank them for their hard work. My suggestion is that more eateries open as its very limited to what they have at the moment. I suppose its because of covid that many have closed down but maybe in the near future more eateries can be opened. Also if at all possible put up a vending machine as my husband had the munchies after 11pm and obviously nothing was open so if there was a vending machine in the lobby or somewhere accessible to the guests after hrs that would be great. The casino was good too. The dealers very pleasant and courteous. The atmosphere was lovely on thursday night when they had a presenter giving away vouchers and t-shirts. Thats was a nice surprise. I also love the rewards given. Even if it was as simple as a cup of coffee or a pie or a container of lamb curry and rice, it was lovely. Thanks to the management for thinking up this program as it helps when you are having fun and get a bit hungry and thirsty. i would definitely recommend my family and friends to stay here. I had a great time. Definitely planning to go back soon. Well done wild coast sun. #win august
