GrandWest not so Grand:Bad impression for foreign guests

Took some guests from the UK, on 21 Dec 19 to GrandWest Casino cape Town....... Where to start, traffic into the place was a nightmare and not Co ordinated well. We arrived there around 19:30. On the main casino floor, out of the plus minus 10 card machines at the opdmvg desk area, maybe 1 worked, and the rest just gave malfunction errors, for getting a simple day card, then you have to stand in another que, just to report this, what a waste of time. Gold mvg card holders could not cash at these machines as well and had to stand in ques for cash out. Toilet facilities was bad on the main casino floor close to ctfm side, only one tap and dryer worked, so long que just to wait for a tap to wash hands..... The spur toilet didn't have toilet rolls, so had to wait even there for assistance. Spur had only one card machine operational as told by our waitress so again delays for a simple transaction. I know it's festive time, but if you know there is going to be a crowd, get more services, as this impression was not good at all to my guests.
