Grandwest is getting too bad

I have been dealing with Grandwest for 6 years now, I am a platinum card holder. I never had any issues when I actually had a physical host now I have no host from October 2019 and they treat you like ****. I tried calling a host to help and I actually got the message that they can not help me because it's not their job. I mean really so who's job is it to host a client..... according to Suninternational you as a MVG client has to host yourself. What a joke, I have never been more embarrassed and irritated in my life. And to think my kids and I have been driving for 9 hours to Boadwalk and Grandwest just hung up on me and dismissed like I was nothing.
