GRAND WEST CASINO POOR POOR POOR
I thought Time Square Casino beverage department was bad but boy Grand West Casino made them look good. I have never experienced such bad service and attitude in my life. Has Southern Sun reverted to such bad standards just for the BEE status. It is utterly disgusting. I wonder how this group is still up and running in this country! Please get off your fat ****s in your offices and appoint managers in casinos that at least is worth their salaries. Your overall client service is beyond pathetic.
